Property management services are governed by a written agreement signed before onboarding. Fees are disclosed in writing.

Bookings are confirmed when payment of the deposit or full amount is received. Prices, cancellation terms and house rules are shown before you pay and in your confirmation.

Tickets are issued when payment is confirmed. Age limits, refund and transfer terms are shown on each event. Organisers are responsible for their events; Staybite reviews submissions but does not guarantee them. Staybite does not sell or promote alcohol.

Partners work to the standards, permits and terms agreed in writing.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
