- Valid business registration and KRA PIN where applicable
- County permits and food-handler medical certificates for food partners
- Licences and insurance that match the work, including sound and transport
- Two references and a portfolio or sample menu

Partner questions
Applying and vetting are free. Partners are paid for jobs, on terms agreed in writing before work starts.
Registered businesses are preferred, and food, bar, transport and some venue partners must hold the permits and certificates that apply to their work. If you are in the process of registering, say so on your application.
Briefs are sent to partners who match the location, dates, style and budget. You accept or decline each one.
Payment terms are set in the partner agreement and confirmed in each job brief. We deposit-secure bookings so partners are not left chasing clients.
Yes. Venue partners tell us capacity, parking, noise rules and facilities, and we match them to suitable events, always with your approval.
No. You can keep working with your own clients. We ask for reliability, honesty and standards, not exclusivity.
