Ticket questions
1Will I get a QR ticket?
Yes. Each ticket has its own QR code. Show it at the door on your phone or print it.
2Do I need an account?
No. Buy with your name and phone number. Your tickets are saved on your device and sent to your WhatsApp.
3Are refunds possible?
Refund and transfer terms are shown on each event page and in your confirmation. If an event is cancelled by the organiser you are refunded.
4Are events open to everyone?
Many night events are 18+ and the age limit is shown on each event.
5Can I run my own event here?
Yes. Use Create Your Event to set tickets, preview your page and send it for approval.
