1Is this a live booking system?
The booking flow is live on this page: dates, price, holds and references. Availability and payments connect to your channel manager and payment gateway through the site configuration, so you can start with M-Pesa Till payments and add automation later.
2How do payments work?
Choose M-Pesa, bank transfer or card. We show the exact amount and a payment reference. Your booking or tickets are confirmed once payment is received. Payment options go live as each gateway is switched on.
3Can I cancel or change?
Terms are shown before you pay and repeated in your confirmation. Ask us before paying a deposit if anything is unclear.
4Are there longer-stay discounts?
Yes. The price breakdown applies discounts for stays of 7 nights or more and 28 nights or more.
