Yes. Setup can range from a full furnish to a styling and amenity refresh of an already-furnished unit.
Furniture and equipment are itemised in your written quote and approved by you before purchase. The quote states what the project fee covers and what is billed separately.
No. We mix local workshops for pieces like bed frames and wardrobes with warranty-backed retail for appliances and electronics, choosing on durability, cost and after-sales support.
